I’ll introduce my personal macOS Monterey 12.4 System Preferences settings as a memo.
Prerequisites
macOS Monterey 12.4
Until First Boot
Wi-Fi Connection
If there’s a Wi-Fi environment available on-site, connect to it first.
Dark Mode
This is a matter of personal preference, but as a software engineer, I chose Dark mode.
Login to Apple ID
Before configuring the initial settings after macOS startup, I log in to Apple ID.
Since many necessary things like OS updates and app installations won’t work without logging in to Apple ID, I first log in to my password management tool.
